Who we are

Panzi Digital Agency provides marketing services to law firms. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and in the course of providing those services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Panzi Digital Agency. "You" means anyone who visits this website or contacts us.

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways.

  • Information you give us. When you submit the case review form or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, firm name, website and anything else you choose to tell us.
  • Information collected automatically. When you visit this site we collect your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, how long you stay and the site or search that referred you.
  • Information from our clients’ visitors. When we operate marketing services for a law firm client, we may process inquiry data submitted to that firm. In that situation the firm is the controller of that data and we act on its instructions.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and provide the review you asked for.
  • To provide, operate and improve our services.
  • To send service communications about work we are doing for you.
  • To send marketing communications, where you have consented or where we are otherwise permitted to, and always with a way to stop.
  • To measure how this website performs so we can improve it.
  • To comply with legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on: performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, balanced against your rights; your consent, where we ask for it; and compliance with legal obligations.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and cannot be switched off. Analytics cookies help us understand how the site is used. Advertising cookies may be used to measure the performance of campaigns.

You can control non-essential cookies through the consent banner and through your browser settings. Refusing them does not prevent you using the site.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only in the circumstances below, and only to the extent needed.

  • Service providers who host our site, deliver email, provide analytics, provide call tracking or provide customer relationship software, each bound to protect it and to use it only for us.
  • Advertising platforms, where we operate campaigns on behalf of a client and conversion data is returned to measure performance.
  • Professional advisers, where necessary for legal, accounting or insurance purposes.
  • Authorities, where we are required to do so by law or where it is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
  • A buyer or successor, if the business is sold or reorganized, subject to the protections in this policy.

Call recording

We may record calls for quality and training purposes, and we operate call tracking for clients. Where a call is recorded, notice is given at the start of the call. Consent requirements for recording differ between states, and where all-party consent is required we obtain it before recording.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, and then for as long as we are required to keep it by law or need it to establish or defend a legal claim.

  • Inquiry and prospect data: up to 24 months from the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
  • Client records: for the duration of the engagement and for 7 years afterwards.
  • Website analytics: up to 26 months.
  • Call recordings: up to 12 months.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to receive it in a portable format.

Residents of certain US states, including California, have specific rights including the right to know what is collected, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within the period required by the applicable law.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls and limiting access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and information we collect is processed there. If you access this site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection law may differ from that of your country.

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
